I just received this laptop. It feels solid and slightly heavier than most. I like it. The feel of the textured case is comfortable enough and I feel much better than the glossy case and definitely not sturdy. just textured enough to feel. 2 WORDS OF CAUTION: 1- A hard drive has 47.2 GB of space, but the operating system takes up 26.6 GB of it. over half, leaving you with just 20.6GB to play with. >>> FLASH CARD RECEIVED. 2- The laptop comes with a version of Windows 10 Home that is no longer operational (1803) and needs to be updated to 20H2 for support. An easier way to do this is to perform a hard reset with a prompt to completely delete files. When you finish the reboot, it installs the latest version of Windows 10. Also, the sound is normal, rather average, the camera sucks, like 1999, but the system reliability is fantastic, not the fastest, but safe. the most stable. All in all a great laptop for office work, good for YT and FB but definitely not for heavy gaming. Think of a bulldog, not a gazelle, good and strong, but not a flying grace :)
