Use in the evening before pulling yourself up or tucking your toes on the bar.

I love it! I don't wear grips or gloves so I use them when WOD calls for chest to bar or knees. I do it the night before. I haven't washed it yet, but I will soon. Super comfortable - and fits perfectly in the hand.
