No idea if we're doing something wrong, but the thing doesn't stand still. My son's arm kept slipping and he couldn't walk more than 20 steps without stopping and adjusting it. I personally liked its clean look, but unfortunately it doesn't matter if it doesn't do what it was designed to do. π
