Excellent customer service and product!

The customer service is excellent because they are so personable. They always make me feel like I am their top priority without being sales-y about it or pushing specific products. You will not be disappointed if you choose to work with them! Their system has been extremely stable, easy to administer, allows for quick recovery after downtime (in our case, when servers crash every year around christmas time) - which can really slow down an IT department when this happens more frequently than expected! The best thing about CompuCom is its support team. They are always ready to help and solve issues. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with so many options and features. I think it would be great if they could have a more simple dashboard for the users to access and understand. I like that it is integrated with Microsoft Office 365. I also like the ability to manage my email with the CompuCom dashboard. I also love the ability to create groups and assign tasks to them.
