I like that it syncs with Google Maps (if they still exist in 2020). It's not user friendly for my use case as there is no way at this time without paying thousands more than what we have budgeted ($7k-$15K per device depending how many devices need tracking) or writing our own custom code/API integration from scratch. If these options aren't available then perhaps consider some other system if price point fits within scope defined by organization. We do vehicle asset management so being able trace assets across multiple locations was key requirement when selecting T&T over any competitors solutions out market today such LogiTrack / Fleetlogic etc.. Our implementation has only been 3 months but already seeing benefits including faster response times between staff members who require assistance locating missing items which previously could potentially take hours upon end users finding item via.
