First, I'll say that I absolutely LOVE the Ninja Foodi Neverstick Premium line of products: I have several pieces of cookware that work beautifully. I'm happy to report that the bakeware functions just as well as the rest of the product line.This square cake pan is heavily made with attention to detail. The entire surface of the pan (front and back) literally feels slick. I've only used it a couple of times so far, but each time I've had perfectly cooked brownies without overly crisped bottoms that slide right out the pan with no residue. I do use a nylon spatula to remove the brownies. I've yet to use this for a cake, but I firmly believe that the pan will release just as well.Washing this is just as easy as any of the other Ninja cookware. it's really a snap to clean by hand. While the product claims that you can wash it in the dishwasher, I would never do so. there's no need.Would I order this again? I've already ordered other pieces in the set. Do I recommend it? Without reservation. For anyone looking for a good, dependable, well made and evenly heating cookware, or in this case bakeware, I've yet to find a product that beats the Foodi line of products, and I try a LOT of cookware!
