A friend of mine calls them my "transformer cheats" ("cheater" means " reading glasses"). ’) because they transform from their tiny case into full-fledged reading glasses. I've owned these glasses on several occasions for two reasons: First, my eyesight keeps deteriorating, which is why I've switched to stronger lenses. Tendency to snap belt when getting into some cars. Luckily not in *my* car, but some cars have pieces of plastic on the seats that can rip the seat belt off the cover. As such, I would wish for the strap attachment to the case to be stronger to withstand such insults. Also, at least one pair of metal protrusions on the ends of the goggles came loose and attempted to fall off. But for the price they're pretty good and I like to carry my reading glasses on my belt, always handy and ready to use, easy to get and put away. However, after a few months of use, I'm taking off a star and won't buy it again. There are three problems with them. First, the metal tabs on the ends of the temples tend to fall off. Not critical, but an indicator of quality. Secondly, the design of the case, where, as already mentioned, the belt loop easily detaches. Third, there's no clip on the case, just a loop, meaning you have to remove the strap to put them on or off, which I found to be a major inconvenience.
