I've been with them from day one of my employment here at Fidelity's Insurance Operations department as an Inside Sales Manager (ISM). They are very helpful when it comes to training me or any new ISMs that join our team! Their support is incredible - they will guide you through every step so there isn't anything left up-to chance by your end result being perfect.- Our first year experience was amazing but we could have done better during off season months last summer/fall due too not having enough people who were trained properly prior going into their hiring process this past Fall semester / Summer session 2016!! But since then things seem like its come along great & everyone seems well adjusted now =) The Bridge Group has been a great partner for us. They have been very responsive to our needs and have been able to bring a lot of value to our organization. They have a great team that has been able to help us with our needs. They have been very responsive to our questions and have been able to give us great advice. I have not had any issues with The Bridge Group. They are a great partner to work with. They are very responsive and have been able to help us with our needs.
