Review on πŸ“‘ Stellar Labs HDTV 80 Mile Deep Fringe Bowtie Television Antenna - Perfect for Long Distance Signal Reception by David Grajales

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Gr8 pulling a free tv channel

After using a regular 8-12dB yagi antenna this thing worked great. I hadn't routed the cables when I took the photo, but the antenna appears to be well constructed. There are a few things that differ from what I received and what is printed on the instructions, but nothing that I cannot easily understand. Basically the item I received was a mirror of what is shown in the direction they rotate against each other. But overall very good, I used a VHF dipole, Eclipse VHF-UHF signal combiner, Winegard LNA 200 preamp, Skywalker 25DB amplifier and we have 57 clean Free TV channels in our house :) Just a little bonus A day we received this antenna was the same day we closed the doors of OrbyTV. We're upset that OrbyTV comes at the price OrbyTV was great at, $50 a month for 4 numbers for a fairly basic cable TV package. But the time for the appearance of the antenna was the best.

Pros
  • Pretty package
Cons
  • Volume
