The screw fell out (and apparently I'm not the only one).
From the box it was a four star item; not so much now. Overall I was a fan of this belt until one of the two screws holding the belt to the buckle fell out and it's pretty much unusable now. Judging by the questions, it's obvious that something is wrong with these belts. I assume the manufacturer hasn't heard of Loctite.
