A quality chair with a cork inserted into the corner of the headrest to repair the damage. Since the backrest reclines along with the armrests, which then become higher and at an angle, the minimum back angle is too small for me, and the fixation mark is too large. This is because the backrest reclines along with the armrests. The problem was fixed by placing washers in the space between the back and the base. I would not suggest purchasing this chair without first trying it out, but I was unable to locate it in any retail establishments that I visited.
