Review on Plantronics BackBeat Noise Isolating Headphones Bluetooth by Travis Caminiti

Received this because of Plantronics' good reputation. They quickly deal with Bluetooth on my PC. They do NOT appear as an audio output option. I've tried reloading, reloading, unlinking and relinking. I emailed Plantronics through the customer support page. I think 2 weeks is enough for them to reply. This is NOT a Plantronics device, you have purchased a license/product line. These are BeatBox headphones. Can't comment on the noise cancellation, sound quality or volume control as they have no sound.
