The quality of the switch and the quality of the material was superb but the problem with this product is that the method and tools they give you to install is quite are deficient. There is no thread, it is not a screw, it comes with different size small black sockets to match your thread size, and then tighten the small socket head screws on the sizes to secure. It won't work if you like shifting hard, or even hitting it too hard can knock it out. Mine came off right after installation and I tightened the Allen screws really tight...
