I bought these to wear with a tankini top for modesty reasons and also because boy's panties and shorts don't fit me. I'm 5ft 3cm, I weigh 145-150lbs and I have more sagging in my hips, thighs and waist than I care to admit. I usually wear a medium or 8 but based on size charts and other reviews I ordered large. The big one fits great! Very convenient. I'll probably use them as training shorts too, they're so comfortable! It fastens at the front with Velcro and the laces tie for added adjustment. Inside is a mesh panty lining that is comfortable with or without swimsuit bottoms. The pocket on the right side is very handy for your phone or AirPods during exercise. Very happy with this purchase! Will probably buy more flowers!
