Suitable for stretching the neck
I have a lot of herniated discs in my neck and chronic pain. I was hoping this might help with that. I find the pillow too hard to use for a very long time. I use a little bit every night to stretch my neck a little. It is too tight and big to be worn under the neck for more than 20 minutes. I use it the same way under my lower back. I gave 4 stars as I can't use it the way I wanted but it is well made and very good quality.
