Unfortunately, as an advanced user, I found the web store at Esgarden to be lacking. Although they offer a potentially useful variety of items, their website functionality leaves much to be desired. The website's navigation is poorly designed, making it difficult to locate specific information. It's frustrating to use and takes time to process, both of which detract from the enjoyment of making a purchase. The absence of specificity in the product descriptions also makes it difficult to determine if a given item will meet your requirements. Customers may make purchases that fall short of their expectations due to a lack of knowledge. Last but not least, the purchasing was a cumbersome and annoying experience. The website only accepted a handful of the more common payment choices found at other e-commerce sites. Overall, the online shop at Esgarden falls short of expectations. The poor layout, scant product details, and convoluted checkout procedure on their site are major roadblocks to a satisfying buying experience. If you're an advanced user like me, I wouldn't use this for DIY house projects.
