Surprisingly comfortable, very soft but with density

Surprisingly comfortable, very soft but with strength and durability. When I first got it, I spread it out and started sorting the clumps through the pillow, it took on a fluffier shape, then I put the fluff program in the dryer for 20 minutes. Now it is even fluffier than in the picture. It's wide and long and is perfect for my 5ft 6in height. I have ankylosing spondylitis, arthritis and fibromyalgia as well as other neurological issues and spinal surgery so I'm a pillow golik! This pillow passed my tests and is excellent.
