Does what it's supposed to do, ok.

This is a replacement for my slightly larger Feelworld monitor. It's interesting to see how the technology has evolved over the last 8 years. Pros: Large size - certainly not for sharing with the entire production team on set, but small and light enough to easily be used as a camera. Monitor for DP or Vlogger. Combine it with a small Sony battery and you have a nice, light and compact body. The sun visor simply clicks into place. The included mount is flexible enough without being bulky. Thanks to the touchscreen, navigating the menus is fairly easy, and operations like zooming in or out to check focus are very easy. You can flip the screen upside down with just a few clicks (useful for in-camera monitors when changing the angle). A nice, clear display and easy zoom make it easy to check if it's sharp even at 4K or just looks that way at 1080. For people like me who use compact mirrorless cameras that don't have audio surveillance outputs, this is a must have... and it is. Includes several different types of HDMI cables so it was plug and play for me. Has all the standard monitor settings (focus peaking, zebra, etc) plus some I haven't played with (LUT via the included SD card, etc) which might be useful for those who want to know how rendered frames will look like . when photographing S-Log or similar. Cons: Not that many cons, just things to be aware of. At least mine was delivered with the German language setting. It took me a while to find where to change this in the menu and it wasn't mentioned in the manual or setup instructions. Even for those who don't typically have a touchscreen camera, this doesn't add features that a regular monitor doesn't have. I mean I can't use the touchscreen on this monitor to focus, zoom etc in the same way I can't use the monitor on my Sony a6300 - the touchscreen functions are for the monitor only, not the camera. When the app is launched from my phone or iPad, I can control the camera myself using the touchscreen. but sometimes there are slight lags and other issues that make it not an ideal alternative to a real monitor like this. So just know what you're getting I guess. Also a minor note, it does have a power input and cable to connect to a V-mount battery pack (which I don't have) but it seems that including an adapter plug wouldn't cost much more. To do this, we could just hook it up to a standard wall mount for long stationary indoor shots. could be a good option. Check out the photos to see what's included and the video for a quick demo.
