I LOVE this backpack. Comfortable, and my kitty is very comfortable in it, he takes the back of his head or looks at all the new sights and wildlife. Aside from that, it was difficult to get Saran's plastic wrap off the clear window. Even with ADHD and an over-focus on removing every tiny bit of plastic from the zipper stitch line, I still have a few laggards that drive me nuts. And just a warning, be careful of direct sunlight on a clear curved hard plastic window for too long as this can increase the light/heat. But it seems to have adequate ventilation as my kitty showed no signs of not liking the experience. Other than that I've gotten a lot of compliments and have told people where to get one! Also, I'm only realizing now that it can expand! Let's try it on our next trip.
