You just need to take into account that, firstly, an examination is a troublesome business, secondly, not every examination can be guaranteed to reveal a factory defect (too many technical conventions), and thirdly, it costs money. Thus, the conclusion suggests itself: THIS PRODUCT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO PURCHASE!
