I've been using this headset for many months and love the convenience of the wireless connection to my Xbox with no buttons or anything. They work and sound great and the bluetooth connectivity to phones is really good and works well. My main complaint is that they are not regulated the way I need them to be. The headband is solid metal and you can adjust the strap to fit your head (to fit a smaller head), but if your head is larger (I'm a medium-sized adult) it can get uncomfortable after a while. Over time, I noticed that after long gaming sessions, I would get headaches because they were squeezing my head too much. It got to the point that I went to the doctor. This fiddled with my sinuses and created a weird, uncomfortable pressure that led to a headache. It's just something to get out of the game for a few hours in the same environment a few times a week. I tried bending the metal headband but couldn't find a good balance. I have another pair of bluetooth headphones that I can wear for hours and don't have this problem because you can move the ear pads up and down and they are big enough for an adult head. I really wish they were a better fit because overall they are pretty good. I eventually sold them and now play games with a simpler wired stereo headset. Another complaint: The volume controls on the back are too easy to turn. Many times I've found myself leaning back on the couch and the headset touching the chair, causing the volume controls to spin and the sound suddenly going too loud or too soft. This is not a deal breaker, just an oversight (in my opinion) that should be fixed in the next version.
