Let's get to the positives. for the price of these bar stools i had low expectations they would not be crate and barrel quality. I have 2 boys destroying anything of value here, it's a waste of time. I'm pleasantly surprised! So pluses.1. Very easy to assemble, took me about 20 minutes to assemble 4 while feeding a toddler and they are light weight! 2. Looks really cute in my farmhouse kitchen makeover, true matte black3. Easy to clean up after my kids have approved of soap and water! High bar stools!5. Arrived well packaged. Multiple falls.1. The seats themselves are quite small. My kids fit perfectly, I am 5'1115 lbs and I fit comfortably, my husband who is 5'10185 lbs is ok for a short time but my dad who is 5'11270 lbs can barely put a hip on it . and questioned his ability to hold it (I never tested the weight limit). Overall, I'm impressed with these great value bar stools! I was expecting total crap and got 4 gems able to withstand my 2 wild boys. I'm tired of the quality in the reviews, but I went for it and I'm glad I did! Like I said, they're not going to be the same as expensive designer bar stools, so if that's what you want, stop looking at $99 bar stools is your thing!
