i really like this warmer. The accompanying brand of wax works well on coarse hair and doesn't need to get too hot to be effective - no more scalding! The heating pad is a bit big to leave in the bath all the time. I wish they made a more compact heating pad and wax. I love it though. This is easy to clean and does its job well.
