Much easier than sticking. I'm semi-blind without glasses so I need to put contacts in before attempting this. It's basically like an eyeliner that you apply (liquid) and then the lashes become magnetic and stick to the eyeliner. There is a tool called tweezers that you can use to stick and remove them. Multiple sets included. They're great for making your eyes pop, I wouldn't use them every day, but for a special occasion they're perfect.
