Received this product a few weeks ago and it has worked really well! It's really solidly built, which it should be given the price. Includes 2 cables, 6ft and 3ft. Plugged it into my Windows 10 laptop and it worked straight away! Excellent usability with all features. The only issue I have with trackpads in general is that I have to do a lot of "drag and drop" to get the job done, and trackpads are never that good at it, so I usually just use a USB mouse. But this trackpad has a button you can press and hold so you can drag, which is a great feature. Sensitivity is excellent, comfortable and smooth. I had an issue with Windows 7 and 8 which basically removed the laptop's keyboard and mouse drivers and I couldn't use them at all. But it happened while I was updating Windows, so maybe that was the problem. I contacted the company and they paid for my return and sent me a new unit within a week and it worked fine. 4 stars overall for me because it hasn't quite replaced my mouse usage, it's just my preference, but a great product nonetheless! Definitely recommend. And the customer service gets 5 stars because the problem was solved!
