Just what I was looking for to use as napkins for the upcoming dinner. Luckily I ordered them a couple of weeks ahead of schedule as they had a strong smell upon unpacking so I'd be out of luck if I had to use them today. "Hand wash cold recommended" is written on the packaging. Sorry, life is too short to hand wash bandanas so I took a chance and put them in the washing machine on a hand wash cycle (cold/cold) and then ran them through the dryer on a gentle/low setting leave. The color stayed the same after washing and didn't change much. In the picture they are presented in the form of a pinwheel, for which quite real squares are needed. They stayed a little stiff, which is good for napkins but might be too stiff for other uses. So, I liked them but got four stars because they had to be washed before use.
