For my frequent trips to the beach, for hiking, in the jungle or in the desert, I was looking for quick-drying, comfortable and stretchy board shorts that are actually not made for them matching shape and size of my body. They are perfect, I wear 24w or 3x most of the time and ordered size 26. I liked them so much I just ordered another pair in blue.
