The second time I put the tablet in, the plastic where the strap goes through broke completely. It was a good idea but very very poor quality, testing and craftsmanship. The area that broke is a "high traffic" area and has no reinforcement, just very thin plexiglass. I'm a disabled woman with arthritis and I haven't even pulled with brute force. I simply slipped the strap through the slot and when I tried to attach the velcro it snapped. I can't add photos but if you look at the product description image you can see how tightly the straps attach to the edge of the very thin plexiglass. About a millimeter of Plexiglas holds the straps. Of course I threw away all the packaging materials and don't think it's even worth returning.
