Love this pillow and the company!
The pillow was a little too soft for my liking. I would describe the pillow as plush. If you prefer the pillow to be a little more firm, I would STILL suggest on buying this pillow. As after reaching out to the seller, they happily obliged in sending more cotton filling. There's a zipper at the end of the pillow to add more. The additional cotton filling made a difference and I am now a satisfied customer. The product is great and the customer service was impeccable!
