Love these bins. I bought them for my dog. She eats an adjusted homemade diet approved by a nutritionist. I cook her food every three days. These containers hold the perfect amount of food for their three meals a day. It holds just under half a cup of food. It's airtight, can be dropped in the sink and is easy to stack. You can stack the jar with or without the lid. The lids can be stacked on top of each other, but they don't snap together like Rubbermaid lids. I really recommend it. They also work well as spice jars.
