During the pandemic I started making ice cream myself. And when you visit friends or family, you are always afraid that they might melt away. This thermostat is suitable for the task. Just the other day I put in a few scoops of ice cream I made and brought it to work. Over 40 minutes later I arrived at work, had a meeting and then I opened the thermos and everything looked the same as when I picked it up. Although there are no instructions on how to do this, before transporting the ice cream, I remove the thermos lid and place the stainless steel in the freezer overnight. From what I understand ice cream can be kept frozen for up to 4 hours.
