Buttons don't work
I always have to manually open the phone or pull it out of the holder because the buttons that are supposed to feel or press to release don't work. I've noticed that I have to plug and unplug the connector every time I want the sensor to work. The suction is good and I like that the vent holder is sturdy which is what I use the most and even though I pull the phone out it doesn't fall.
