Relieves pain from a sprained ankle
After breaking/spraining my ankle several times, this brace allowed me to walk again with little pain (too fast afterwards, I might not have been able to , the best results). Rehabilitation!). I felt a little silly not being able to put it on right away. The straps run under the foot. Fits snugly over tennis shoes but still fits.
