Through my husband's account he wears no clothes! I went through all of these reviews before ordering and was looking for someone who wrote a review about the same size as me and gave a descriptive review. I will do the same for anyone who is looking at these dresses and loves them as much as I do but were unsure of the size and if I should even care. So I ended up ordering two, pink and light green in medium colour. I usually wear a size 0 or 2 in a dress, 32D, I weigh 110 pounds, I'm 5ft 1 3/4" and the dress just touches the ground when I'm barefoot. (I don't mind that at all. I'm glad I can wear sandals!) I'm not super young anymore (40's) and my arms are a bit out of shape so the sleeves are a bit tight at the bottom They have a zipper, but you don't have to button it up. The buttons don't go all the way and expose the leg a bit, but I think it's a good length. (about mid-thigh) I can always put a small safety pin in it when it's windy The material is exactly what I expected, a light summer dress that doesn't get hot in. The buttons are great, yes the dresses come unbuttoned but they are very easy to fasten. The buttons are made of shells and there are elastic loops instead of holes. After buttoning the buttons, I pull the dress over my head. All the seams are sewn up, there are no tears, there are threads sticking out, but never mind. One of the dresses came with a stretched braid, but I just put a safety pin on one end and threaded it through. Ready in about a minute, if that. The adjustable drawstring is a bonus I didn't know about. I've always had problems with too much waist. Pink is more like pink than purple, and "light green" is more like turquoise. They are both very beautiful, I am very happy with them and definitely plan to buy other colors! I bought these dresses for my son for his college prom, now all I have to do is decide which one to wear!
