The ease of use and ability to customize the net stop software to meet our needs has been great. There are so many options that we have not even used yet but know it will be able to do what we need. It takes some getting used to if you are coming from another system that may not have all the bells and whistles. I would recommend trying it out before you make your final decision. Our main goal was to provide a centralized location where employees can send documents as well as receive them when they were using different computers. We also wanted a way to track who had access to each document to ensure confidentiality.
