The shirt is nice and light colored and appears to be of good quality, but as an adult who normally wears a women's small or junior small/medium plus a very small men's, the large child's size usually fits small ladies as well. . I had a tent. In fact, I'll try changing it to a smaller size. I don't think it's kid size. I'm not even a small person, I just like my t-shirts to be snug. Usually a t-shirt that is about 14 inches wide fits me perfectly. I already packed it up for return and measured it crosswise, but didn't. it was big enough that I wanted to order a small one, so. The reviews are correct, definitely more than it should be.
