So far so good! best in my review

Quality exercise balls. The feel of them almost makes me want to use them more, its hard to explain, you have to see for yourself. I use them for my Tommy John (UCL Reconstruction) surgery. So far so good!

While the cylindrical shape of these squeeze balls is unique and may be appealing to some customers, others may not appreciate the fact that there is only one size option available. This may make the set unsuitable for those with smaller or larger hands than the size of the squeeze ball
