I bought these bobo balloons from two manufacturers to see if there is a difference. There is! Youyue's starting size is much smaller than other manufacturers. It was more difficult to inflate Yuyue's balloon to a size large enough to float. You have to pop the balloon to see how big it can be. My first attempt without a break features the contestant's balloon (floating) versus Yuyue (on the table). I was eventually able to inflate the Youyue balloon to a size large enough to float (13-14 inches), but it required multiple stretches of the balloon (X and Y), very slow inflation, and cruising the finger. I don't think 20 inches is credible as advertised. Youyue 3-level controller is definitely better than some other ON/OFF only devices. Tips: 1) Buy more balloons than you need! You will definitely pop one or two as you inflate to find the max size. 2) Don't forget to stretch the balloon in the X and Y directions (maximum effort. grunting is good). Inflate the helium balloon slowly to allow it to expand as it inflates. . Tie a knot as close to the balloon as possible to keep the wire strands taut 3) Take your time unwinding the wire strands to avoid twisting. Flatten and straighten the wires with your thumb and forefinger. Make sure the strand is functional (insert batteries) 4) Wrap the starting end around the knot (two turns is enough for me) and start wrapping the thread around your ball (I use the ball's seam as a guide) . more turns around the knot and you can start the 2nd turn perpendicular to the 1st, the wire only lasts for 2 gs turns if the balloon is big enough to fly. Finish with three turns. It is likely that the wire racks will loosen over time due to balloon shrinkage (helium leak but also lower ambient temperature) and will need to be rewound to keep it taut. Reusing balloons and string is entirely feasible (used balloons are easier to inflate to a larger size!). Don't forget to close the helium tank's hard cap. The nipple nozzle is slowly leaking.
