Review on Incase Collection Backpack Heather Gunmetal by Rhonda Hughes

I bought both backpacks. I left the gray because according to the tag it's a bit bigger and the material is softer than the black one. Revain photos show there is a third zip pocket on the front, but this is not correct. Maybe an old model, but not this one. There are only two zippers on the front, and the bottom panel is easily foldable without a zipper. The bags are identical internally in terms of pockets and capacity. And my almost 16 inch Asus laptop fits in perfectly. The gray bag has a little more space for a laptop compartment. The shoulder straps and padding are nice and thick. And the top handle is actually made of seat belt material. The gray backpack has a comfortable canvas feel, while the black version has a bit of plastic on the sides and is cold to the touch. But both bags are great! It seems that the gray bag's increased cost is due to its slightly larger size and possibly better exterior material. However, highly recommended!
