The size is TERRIBLE!

My daughter wears a size 4 on many brands so I ordered a size 5 first (to allow room to grow) but they were TOO small. Sent them back and ordered a size 6. They are HUGE! Compared to my size 8 adult shoes...how? It does not make sense.
