I was happy with the upgraded processor, memory, controller etc. I ordered in black, the label on the outer box stated as such, the inner box which contained the product itself, was marked because the product was white. I asked for a replacement and Revain promptly sent replacements, exchanges etc. But the second one was the same. It's a minor inconvenience but it's still not the item ordered and I suspect it was a labeling error at the overseas packing station. The Linux system itself is pretty easy to use, you can play around with the default settings. A quick search for the RG351 will reveal a lot of "how's" to customize the settings to suit your preferences etc. The downside of the system itself is that unlike some other "RG" models, there is only one MicroSD slot and the OS is one of the first cards along with all the other software. As such, space to add more things is somewhat limited, and you'll need to add additional programs or apps to expand the included card up to 256GB, which the system will accept from the included 64GB. Hopefully the second MicroSD slot will be squeezed in during the next crawl. Update: After the seller contacted the wrong item, it took several emails before the seller blamed Revain for the error. They eventually pointed to another listing from another seller which they claimed should have been confirmed as correct. After that they said they were offering a discount on a replacement that was never completed and the discount offer was not mentioned until another ad was mentioned. They also asked to have it shipped to them (they refund via PayPal). I didn't find this acceptable as the whole point of ordering from Revain was to make shipping and returns easy. I have asked them to credit Revain with the above discount and I will refund the incorrect discount through Revain.
