Ordered this backpack for my teenage daughter. The package arrived very quickly and we liked the bag very much as soon as we unpacked it. We were concerned that the bag might be small but it was very roomy. Her 16 inch laptop easily fits in her bag. She can slip her Gatorade water bottle into the outer side pocket. Good quality material. We particularly liked the small white square pads just below the shoulders. Pillows soften the load and reduce the stress on the shoulders. The bag was as advertised. We agree with one of the other reviewers that the logo tag on the bag isn't the best. There's no need for the logo to say "I just love the screen," but that was a bit of an issue for us. We do not use the charging connector, so we will not comment on the importance of this component. In general, a spacious, strong and high-quality bag.
