Actually, on the 4th day, they decided to hand over this Dyson due to a clear discrepancy with the declared characteristics (or their absence?). We called the hotline, they said that because the device was unpacked and was in operation, then they will not accept it, but they invited to conduct an examination in one of the service centers. Other luxury manufacturers (Sony, Apple) would change the product without further ado, there is such an experience. And so, we’ll take it for examination on July 6 .
