I love how easy it was set up! The customer service has been fantastic too - they are very responsive and always willing/able to help with any questions you may have about their product or implementation of our system into your business flow. There isn't anything that we dislike at this time but if there were then it would be minor things like maybe more options in settings (can only choose between 'daily' vs every day) when setting reminders? We've had no issues so far and really can not think of much other than perhaps having some extra flexibility while working within certain parameters could make life easier sometimes ;) Great tool overall though- super user friendly interface makes getting started quick & painless!! Automating processes across multiple platforms which previously took hours upon HOURS each week now takes minutes per order using OHA's integration capabilities. It saves us countless manhours over the past months by automizing several manual steps from previous.
