This is a very clean balm that can be used over and over again. I have used it for cystitis with great results. It's quick and didn't bother me at all. Feels slightly greasy, but absorbs into the skin over time. It is worth looking into the results. It's a waxy balm that glides on easily, leaving only a thin layer of an oil-based substance. Although there is lavender in this balm I find it to have a very faint scent. Even with my nose in the glass I hardly feel anything. This will most likely not be a problem for those who cannot tolerate flavored foods. It seems like something that's great for all skin types if they're experiencing any type of skin irritation and need first aid.
