I love these toys for my 11 month old baby! She's learning to walk and they fit snugly around her foot and she doesn't try to rip them off like most other shoes. The cozy fabric means you don't need socks, but it keeps you warm enough. Easy to put on thanks to the large opening and practical Velcro fastener.
