I like that it has all of my financial data in one place, which makes budgeting easier than when using Excel or another accounting software program separately from MS Office365! It's not very user friendly if you're new to this type system - but once used properly its easy enough with little training time required at first use by an accountant who knows how these programs work best-it can be quite confusing as well especially since there are so many different versions available now days along side each other!! Make sure your accountants know what they need out off before purchasing otherwise end up wasting money over something simple such us adding columns instead just going into excel itself rather then having more options within complete s/w.- keeping track easily & efficiently without needing multiple spreadsheets etc..
