Disappointed but very happy with the seller's response

UPDATE: I was so impressed with the incredible customer service provided by this very kind entrepreneur mom so quickly after posting her initial review that I had to update my review. She obviously not only cares about her business, but also about her customers and her products. I see that I probably just received a defective item, which happens no matter how hard we business owners try, or maybe it was even my own wrong expectations of how to use properly and on what types of paper etc. So no matter what, me think especially for the price this pack is worth trying. And I will definitely be looking for other products from this seller as it is so obvious how much care and effort has gone into them. Thanks again to the seller for the quick response as it was really unexpected and fresh to have a 'real' person behind an Amazon product who really cares. Many Thanks. :) OP: Disappointed and would have returned if I hadn't thrown away the flimsy, broken little plastic holding the transport handles. 1. The black brush is terrible. Sorry, but it's absolutely awful. Long, thin and incredibly thin. It takes a very difficult, if not impossible, time to create decent brush lettering. 2. Watercolor brush pens, I have no idea how many people praise them for their easy shading, they don't smear at all and they have so few color variations to choose from. 3. They bleed so profusely! I used real watercolors and many other techniques, and not even through the halos did a single page leak through, but through this one. My God. Drawn blood through destruction 3 sides at once and still didn't mix ha. The only benefit of the kit hence the 1 star was the black liners. A decent pigment as far as I can tell and at least sometimes I can use them. Nothing special, but they work.
