We bought these for our caravan so our children could use them to go to the toilet. they are BRIGHT. Even dazzling. This expected result is the reason why we bought these dimmable and color changing lamps. The warm color of the light is perfect for the darkest settings. You can install it there and then use the remote control to turn on/off the light. However, if you accidentally press the power button on the remote a second time, the light will revert to the default cool color with the default 100% brightness. Tapping and touching the light itself turns it on and off, but regardless of the color and brightness settings, when you touch it to turn it on, it also turns on with the default cool color and 100% brightness. The lights look very nice and very bright, however, the settings are poorly thought out. I wouldn't buy them again
