We were excited to receive this toddler tower as thought we found one at a great deal compared to other options. However, our excitement turned to disappointment when we were building this product. The top bar (as pictured) is way too long and pushes the sides out. Additionally, the holes for the screws in this bar are not drilled correctly and the screws will not secure the bar. The second bar that goes on the bottom is too short and simply does not fit for you to use for additional safety. So pretty much, neither safety bar is correctly made or properly works. I tried switching the bars thinking that they were mislabelled with parts numbers. That cannot work because one bar has holes for screws and the other bar has knob twists for you to be able to remove the end knob easily. I tried contacting the seller for replacement parts and that was useless. I take my child’s safety very serious and will be upgrading to the more expensive versions as this is a flop.Update: the seller sent a new set for me to replace the parts that were incorrectly made at the manufacture. They work perfectly and the top bar now fits in and can be secured with the provided screws. The bottom bar is now long enough to fit in as well.
